1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using any product or service from sitiosi.com ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Hernán Diaz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
sitiosi.com provides two types of WordPress plugin products:
- Ready-made plugins: Pre-built WordPress plugins available for immediate purchase and download.
- Custom plugins: Bespoke WordPress plugin development tailored to your specific requirements, quoted and built on a per-project basis.
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed securely through Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
For customers in Argentina, payment may also be accepted via Mercado Pago.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
4. Licenses
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin on the number of WordPress installations specified at purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the plugin files.
All plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL) or later, in compliance with WordPress licensing requirements.
5. Custom Plugin Development
For custom development projects:
- A written scope and quote will be provided before work begins.
- A deposit may be required prior to starting development.
- The final deliverable becomes the client's property upon full payment.
- Revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
sitiosi.com retains all intellectual property rights in the code, design, and documentation of our products until full payment is received. Ready-made plugins remain the intellectual property of sitiosi.com; the license grants you usage rights only.
7. Support
We provide technical support for our plugins via email at info@sitiosi.com. Support covers installation issues and bugs in the original plugin code. It does not cover customization requests, third-party plugin conflicts, or issues caused by modifications to the plugin code.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugins will be error-free or compatible with every WordPress configuration, theme, or third-party plugin.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sitiosi.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
